With the opening of the Healdsburg Farmers' Market season in May comes Relish's monthly Farmers' Market-to-Pizza Party classes, combining the best of two charming Healdsburg institutions. Great for cooks of all ages and experience levels and those who want to learn more about the beautiful and sometimes unusual bounty found at the farmers' markets. More info
Join us for a fun late-summer sausage-making class and supper! Chef Sandy Poze shares his knowledge of sausage, gleaned from an early age from his father who was German sausage-maker. Everyone gets hands-on at this class, mixing sausage, filling casing, grilling & searing the just-made sausages, and savoring a sausage feast. More info
Learn authentic natural methods for canning summer fruit jam--capture the flavor of summer for gifts or a to enjoy on a chilly winter morning. Chef Elissa Rubin-Mahon leads this DIY workshop where a lot of hands make for quick work as we all create three jams to taste at Relish and take home! More info
We're always looking for new brunch ideas and ways to streamline our classic favorites. This class does both. Chef Doralice Handal will share creative recipes (Bacon Waffles!) along with tips to make classics like Hollandaise Sauce do-able at home.
