A culinary education business in Healdsburg, California, in the heart of the Sonoma County wine country.

Relish combines talented chefs, fabulous cuisine and captivating rural settings, including the beautiful Relish Culinary Center in downtown Healdsburg, to create one-of-a-kind authentic food experiences, including cooking classes, tours and other creative culinary events for individuals, groups, and businesses.

Our goal is to celebrate seasonal, local food and provide a fresh and inspiring learning experience for everyone at every event.

Relish Gift Certificates

Relish offers cooking and food-making classes on a wide variety of topics...and we're adding new culinary tours for 2019—something for everybody!

You can purchase a gift certificate in any amount, allowing the recipient to apply the gift to any class in our published schedule.

Alternately, you can order a gift certificate for a particular class that you know would be just right for the recipient.

November is a month for gratitude. All of us in wine country share such emotion with the people impacted by the most recent fires in Paradise and Malibu. We understand the tragedy and immensity of the distaster and, one year after the fires in Sonoma and Napa, we are grateful for so much...for the huge number of selfless volunteers (many of whom are still helping with long term needs), the sense of community that is strengthened in hard times, the ability to sleep in our own beds at night, and the cleansing power of rain.

We are also grateful to YOU, all the customers who have come back to visit and support Relish and our beautiful region.

Wild Mushrooms!

We're awaiting the rains and gearing up for wild mushroom season and our ever-popular Wild Mushroom Foray & Demo Lunch events, starting Saturday, December 29 and continuing with one ore more dates each month through February. The events are now posted with mouth-watering mushroom lunch menus and other details!

We're excited to host our 14th annual Family Gingerbread House Decorating on Tuesday, December 18. Grab the grandkids, the grown kids, a bunch of adults and join us for a fun (and very messy) holiday evening! Just a few gingerbread houses are still available, so book soon!

Pork Butchering

Pork Butchering with Chef Dino Bugica
Great Christmas gift for the pork lover!!

There are two 2019 dates for our hands-on Snout-To-Tail Pork Butchering workshop: January 26 and February 23. Please join us for this one-of-a-kind experience where guests break down whole 100-pound pigs under the watchful eye of Chef Dino Bugica. We enjoy a deliciuos pork lunch, including some goodies from chef's stash of salumi at his restaurant Diavola, and participants wrap and take home all the cuts. Class size limited.
