A culinary education business in Healdsburg, California, in the heart of the Sonoma County wine country.

Relish combines talented chefs, fabulous cuisine, and captivating rural settings, including the beautiful Relish Culinary Center in downtown Healdsburg, to create one-of-a-kind authentic food experiences, including cooking classes, tours and other creative culinary events for individuals, groups, and businesses.

Our goal is to celebrate seasonal, local food and provide a fresh and inspiring learning experience for everyone at every event.

You can purchase a gift certificate in any amount, allowing the recipient to apply the gift to any class in our published schedule.

Notable chef, author and personality John Ash returns to Relish for a seasonal class featuring delicious recipes from his most recent cookbook Cooking Wild: Eating Close to Nature. We're sourcing some of our favorite local wild ingredients for this class, from mushrooms to greens to seafood. And Chef John is always so charming and engaging, everyone leaves with full minds, hearts and bellies!

With the opening of the Healdsburg Farmers' Market season in May comes Relish's monthly Farmers' Market-to-Pizza Party classes, combining the best of two charming Healdsburg institutions. Great for cooks of all ages and experience levels and those who want to learn more about the beautiful and sometimes unusual bounty found at the farmers' markets.
