Due to popular demand, we've added another Snout-to-Tail Pork Butchering Workshop on Saturday, April 18. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with chef Dino Bugica to break down a 100-pound roaster pig, learning primals, cuts and butchering techniques as you go.
