It's on! It's wild mushroom season and our ever-popular Wild Mushroom Foray & Demo Lunch events are happening monthly with dates through through February and beyond. The events are now posted with mouth-watering mushroom lunch menus and other details!
There is one more date for our hands-on Snout-To-Tail Pork Butchering workshop on February 23. Please join us for this one-of-a-kind experience where guests break down whole 100-pound pigs under the watchful eye of Chef Dino Bugica. We enjoy a deliciuos pork lunch, including some goodies from chef's stash of salumi at his restaurant Diavola, and participants wrap and take home all the cuts. Class size limited. More info
Winter is the perfect time of year for our Soups & Stocks class. Make a variety of stocks from scratch then use them to create delicious seasonal soups. These are cooking skills you will use forever! More info
