A culinary education business in Healdsburg, California, in the heart of the Sonoma County wine country.

Relish combines talented chefs, fabulous cuisine, and captivating Sonoma County locations, including the beautiful Relish Culinary Center in downtown Healdsburg, to create one-of-a-kind wine country cooking classes, tours and other creative culinary events for individuals, groups, and businesses.

Our goal is to celebrate seasonal, local food and provide a fresh and inspiring learning experience for everyone at every event.

Returning this winter are the Chef's Tables, delicious dinners and conversations with the area's top chefs, including Mark Stark (Willi's, Monte's, Bravas, etc.), Louis Maldonado (Top Chef, Spoonbar), Billy Reid (Hopmonk), Todd Knoll (Jordan Winery), Justin Wangler (Kendall-Jackson), and more to be announced.

Exquisite Spring Lamb Dinner

Lamb Roast with Spring Onion Pesto

Join us on the eve of the Spring Solstice for a cooking experience that celebrates the new season. Chef Anne has composed a gorgeous menu with a spectrum of spring colors and flavors from peas, beets and fresh local cheese to baby carrots, spring onions and morel mushrooms. The focal point of the meal is a succulent cut of lamb and the associated techniques to maximize flavor.

Ricotta + Pasta = Ravioli!

Making pasta from scratch

We offer this from-scratch pasta- and cheese-making class a few times a year, adjusting the sauces and salad to reflect the flavors of the current season. This is a fun ultra-hands-on class that will give you the confidence to make delicious pasta & ravioli at home.
