Our goal is to celebrate seasonal, local food and provide a fresh and inspiring learning experience for everyone at every event. Relish offers cooking and food-making classes on a wide variety of topics...something for everybody! You can purchase a gift certificate in any amount, allowing the recipient to apply the gift to any class in our published schedule. Alternately, you can order a gift certificate for a particular class that you know would be just right for the recipient. As you like, we will send the gift certificate to you or directly to the recipient with a gift card. E p i c u r e a n S p r i n g As each day gets longer and warmer, we are beginning to see the fresh flavors of spring here in the Northern California wine country—snow peas and pea shoots, green garlic and spring onions, artichokes and asparagus. So many shades of crisp, bright green! Join us for a class where we'll combine these local, seasonal ingredients with fun and interactive techniques to create delicious dishes and find renewal and inspiration in Spring. Or look ahead to our summer classes where you'll find warm weather menus and al fresco cooking classes.
Gnocchi is challenging—when it's good it's amazing, but when it's not good, it can be heavy and rubbery. At this Gnocchi! class, you'll learn how to make the amazing variety with chef Tracey Shepos. Not only will guests make classic potato gnocchi, chef Tracey will also share an authentic Ricotta Gnocchi, a lighter, easier version. Of course, we'll make some sauces, an Italian salad and dessert to round out our Gnocchi meal.
