A culinary education business in Healdsburg, California, in the heart of the Sonoma County wine country.

Relish combines talented chefs, fabulous cuisine, and captivating Sonoma County locations, including the beautiful Relish Culinary Center in downtown Healdsburg, to create one-of-a-kind wine country cooking classes, tours and other creative culinary events for individuals, groups, and businesses.

You can purchase a gift certificate in any amount, allowing the recipient to apply the gift to any class in our published schedule.

Alternately, you can order a gift certificate for a particular class that you know would be just right for the recipient.

November brings more rain and a definitely chill in the air. The leaves are turning and the light is notably warm. Fall is wonderful for local cooks—the tomatoes and peppers are finally waning but the winter squash, quince, pomegranates, Brussels sprouts and persimmons are abundant. So many ingredients from which to choose!

Fall rain brings the start of the wild mushroom season here in No Cal. And the first of our ever-popular wild mushroom forays is this Sunday! We'll forage monthly through March, weather allowing, so pick and date and tromp through the woods with us! More info
