A culinary education business in Healdsburg, California, in the heart of the Sonoma County wine country.

Relish combines talented chefs, fabulous cuisine, and captivating Sonoma County locations, including the beautiful Relish Culinary Center in downtown Healdsburg, to create one-of-a-kind wine country cooking classes, tours and other creative culinary events for individuals, groups, and businesses.

Our goal is to celebrate seasonal, local food and provide a fresh and inspiring learning experience for everyone at every event.

Relish Gift Certificates

Relish offers cooking and food-making classes on a wide variety of topics...something for everybody!

You can purchase a gift certificate in any amount, allowing the recipient to apply the gift to any class in our published schedule.

Alternately, you can order a gift certificate for a particular class that you know would be just right for the recipient.

Cozy Winter Cooking

January is the best month to nest....the cold weather demands luscious comforting food, designed to renew and rejuvenate. Even in the middle of winter, there are so many wonderful local flavors to enjoy, from creative cooking with colorful winter roots to the delicious trend in all things Brussels Sprout, from bright fresh winter citrus to those exquisite wild mushrooms...

And now for something completely different...join chef Gerard Nebesky, everybody's favorite "paella guy" from Gerard's Paella for a festive and crazy-delicious cooking class featuring robust Spanish flavors. This class will be a feast for the senses with oysters, duck confit, multiple kinds of paella, churros and much more. We're selecting special wines to pair with our dinner, too. Finding wild mushrooms!

We are in high gear with Wild Mushrooms. We forage regularly through March, weather allowing, so pick and date and tromp through the woods with us! More info

The SF Chronicle article generated so much interest that all of our February and March forays are pretty much full. Hoping the rains continue, we added one more date on April 10. You can register now but we will not run any payments until two weeks before when the weather situation is clearer.
